What You'll Do
- Handle incoming calls, radio traffic, and requests for assistance while following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols.
- Maintain awareness of site activity through cameras, alarm systems, logs, and/or other reporting tools to help identify unusual activity and support timely communication across the location.
- Dispatch personnel to reported incidents, relay information to appropriate personnel, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Document routine activity, alarms, and security-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic location through real-time monitoring, incident coordination, and clear communication. In this role, you will help respond to alarms, manage access and badge activity, and document security-related events while delivering outstanding customer service.

Skills
Security-related experience, alarm panel experience, access control and/or badge experience, guard card/license, ability to follow site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols, ability to handle incoming calls, radio traffic, and requests for assistance, ability to maintain awareness of site activity through cameras, alarm systems, logs, and/or other reporting tools, ability to dispatch personnel to reported incidents, ability to relay information to appropriate personnel, ability to support emergency response activities when appropriate, ability to document routine activity, alarms, and security-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
