Job Description

As a Security Officer Government Building Access Control in Costa Mesa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Job Schedule

This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If you are selected to move forward, your schedule will be determined as you progress through the hiring, onboarding, and training process. Your manager will work with you to assign a schedule based on business needs before your start date.

Minimum Requirements

  • Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
  • Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.
  • Handcuffing certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
