About the role

As a Security Officer in the Global Security Operations Center in Lone Tree, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as financial institutions. This full-time, unarmed patrol officer role supports a financial institution location by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, monitoring access points, and providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a professional, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay

$22.15 / hour
