Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol Driver in Leawood, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$18.50 / Hour

Thursday 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM, Friday 07:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sunday 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
