About the role
As a Full Time Vehicle Patrol Driver Security Officer in Saint Paul Park, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor alarm panels, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. The role involves providing professional customer service, clear communication, and supporting site operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and communicating access concerns to site personnel.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Alarm panel experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$22.00 / Hour
