Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Willow Grove, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns to appropriate store personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming presence while supporting loss-prevention awareness and compliance with site-specific rules.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
