As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Site Patrol Driver in Commercial Point, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. As an unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to retail store customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, stock areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, potential theft-related concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues, reporting observations to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
- Document incidents, patrols, and unusual occurrences accurately and completely in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay
Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

- Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
