As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Facility Patrol Driver in Commercial Point, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stockrooms, and the surrounding perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, access points, and merchandise areas; report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate store representatives and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and documenting events as required.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence while supporting a welcoming retail environment and assisting with directions, information, and general inquiries.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
