Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a food and beverage location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, loading docks, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and verify that employees, contractors, and visitors follow site entry procedures.
- Document observations, incidents, and unusual activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
