About the role
As a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Monitoring Security Officer in Claude, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Food/Beverage. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, document observations, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a food and beverage location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, access points, and loading or delivery areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and other security-related observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay
Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour
Schedule
- Wednesday: 05:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Friday: 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM
- Sunday: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
