About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid in Kissimmee, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist guests, visitors, and team members with professionalism and care. You will report observations, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hotel and resort grounds, guest-access areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with hotel staff and emergency responders

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• A state, county, or city-issued security license preferred
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $16.61 / Hour. Schedule: Day Time Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Thur 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM.
