About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Credential Auditor in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control operations while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, employee entrances, business operations, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Help deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting suspicious conditions, damaged equipment, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• For positions in Hawaii, possess at least 1 year of prior military experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$27.10 / Hour

• Tuesday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Thursday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Friday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
