Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Coordination in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required visitor or delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
