Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, directing guests and vendors as appropriate and reporting access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, communicating relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and client contacts.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
