Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Accountability

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Beverly Hills, CA, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the financial institution, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
