As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Hospital Facility Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. You will communicate professionally, support a welcoming environment, and respond to security-related needs with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or public responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, wayfinding, and adherence to site access procedures while maintaining a courteous, service-oriented presence.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and follow-up information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site representatives.

Requirements

• Meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
