About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Emergency Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at a utility location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and emergency responders. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, document visitor and contractor activity, and report access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation, and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Requirements

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$22.28 / Hour

Daytime, Monday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thursday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sunday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
