Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Vehicle Inspection Patrol

About the role

As a Full Time Unarmed Driver Vehicle Inspection Patrol Security Officer in Commercial Point, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail store clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, stockrooms, employee areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate store contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support a welcoming shopping environment by providing directions, assisting with access control, and documenting incidents in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$18.50 / Hour

• Thursday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
