As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol in San Bruno, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and reliable security-related support while working with integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking facilities, loading zones, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
- Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and maintain professional communication with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay
$23.50 per hour
Schedule
Daytime shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
