Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site personnel and emergency responders as needed
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of patient care areas, public spaces, parking areas, entrances, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with directions and access-related questions
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures

Requirements

• Meet hospital vaccine requirements
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
• Schedule: DayTime - Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
