About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Compliance Patrol in Winston Salem, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Maintain access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for customers and personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses and certifications are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
