As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in an educational healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and support access control and alarm-related activities. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and students by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare and educational facilities, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Requirements

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
