Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a utility operations location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site policies.
