Security Officer Full Time TWIC Operations Driver

About the role

As a driving professional at a dynamic retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly with visitors and team members while responding to security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and delivery activity, and assist with directing individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Thursday: 05:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Friday: 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Saturday: 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
