Security Officer Full Time TWIC Credential Intake Driver

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service while helping to deter incidents through a visible, professional presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
- Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, managing visitor and contractor entry, maintaining required logs, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, perimeter locations, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.
- Document activities, incidents, observations, and access-control exceptions accurately and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay
Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour. $1,000 Hiring Bonus - All are eligible.
