Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site access procedures and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
- Observe entry and exit activity, report unusual conditions or policy violations, and help to deter unauthorized access to the retail location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including entrances, exits, receiving areas, and the perimeter, as assigned.
