As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Intake in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Position Type: Full Time, Pay Rate: $16.82 / Hour, Job Schedule: DayTime, Wed-Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or shipments in accordance with established procedures; identify prohibited items or irregularities and report findings to appropriate site contacts.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping-related documentation, and maintain accurate logs of screening activities and incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the facility perimeter, loading areas, and access points, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
