Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Attendant in Wahiawa, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees at a food and beverage location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Screen individuals entering designated areas, verify authorized access as required, and report suspicious activity or unauthorized entry attempts.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and adjacent areas for security-related concerns and potential policy violations.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
