Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Screen employees, visitors, contractors, deliveries, and personal property in accordance with established access-control and screening procedures.
- Verify identification, visitor authorization, and entry credentials; maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and incident documentation as required.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns through established communication channels.
