Security Officer Full Time Retail Facility Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Retail Facility Patrol Driver in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting irregular conditions to appropriate personnel
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
• A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred

Pay

$22.39 / Hour

DayTime: Tue 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM, Wed 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM, Thur 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Sat 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
