Security Officer Full Time Reception Intake

As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming presence, assist visitors, manage access, and support security-related operations through clear communication and attentive service. You will help maintain an orderly environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative culture. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Welcome and direct visitors, confirm appointments and/or authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor front desk communications, alarms, cameras, and/or access-control systems; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, provide information and assistance to building occupants, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.

Requirements

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
