As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Route Driver in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking lots, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the retail location, reporting suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy concerns according to established procedures.
• Complete required incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
