Security Officer Full Time Patrol Observation

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Observation in Kingwood, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, property-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures; assist with directing guests, deliveries, and/or service personnel as appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol findings, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Thursday: 11:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Friday: 07:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Saturday: 05:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Sunday: 05:30 PM - 05:30 AM
