As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Operations in Johnstown, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for authorized occupants and guests.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
