Security Officer Full Time Patrol Customer Care

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance or security‑related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$13.50 / Hour Weekly Pay

Schedule

Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM; Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM; Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
