As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Clearance Required in Colorado Springs, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, conduct routine checks, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Requirements

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
