Security Officer Full Time Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Computer Reporting in Clarksville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-tech industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate professionally, document observations using computer or tablet tools, and respond to site needs with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a data center location.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, equipment areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership, and support compliance with established operational procedures.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Full-time, Thursday–Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
