Security Officer Full Time Patrol

About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will respond to security-related concerns, document observations, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and deliver dependable customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe personnel, visitor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific policies.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and completed patrol activities.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
