Security Officer Full Time Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as automotive, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, supporting access control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, vehicle-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive facility buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, access points, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$16.50 per hour
