Security Officer Full Time Patrol

About the Role

As a Full Time Patrol Security Officer in Saint Charles, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, caring, teamwork, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and effectively, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Comply with state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be necessary prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.19 per hour.

• Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
