Security Officer Full Time Morning Patrol

About the Role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Response Driver in Wilmington, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, responding to alarms, and providing exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and help deter unauthorized entry or prohibited activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$18.94 / Hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
