Security Officer Full Time Incident Reporting

About the role
As a Security Officer supporting a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location in Towson, MD, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
- Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols through required reports and shift logs.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Guard card or license is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
