Security Officer Full-Time Hospital Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Site Patrol in Butler, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and provide courteous assistance to patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, provide directions, and assist with visitor management in accordance with location procedures.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, and facility concerns to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
