Responsibilities
As a Security Officer Full Time Healthcare Patrol in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and care. You will use technology to document security-related activities, communicate clearly, and contribute to a welcoming environment. - Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including situations involving patient or visitor concerns.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
