Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel entering the commercial property.
- Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate entry records.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
- Assist with communications, tenant requests, and coordination with building management and/or emergency responders as needed.
Requirements
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
