Security Officer Full Time - Distribution Center
What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
Document patrols, incidents, unusual conditions, and daily activities through clear and accurate reports.
