Security Officer Full Time Digital Patrol

About the Role

As a Full Time Digital Patrol Security Officer in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will conduct routine patrols throughout an assigned property, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial property.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred qualifications:

• Comfortably use a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• A guard card or license.

Pay

$20.10 / hour

Schedule

• Monday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
