About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer serving a dynamic public service location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and help to support appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions for reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Skills

  • Customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Patrol and access control experience.

DayTime: Wed 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM, Fri 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM, Sun 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
