Security Officer Full Time Detection Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the commercial property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the building perimeter.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, property damage, and policy violations, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and service requests through accurate reports and shift logs.

Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
