What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to store associates, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate store contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Document incidents, patrol activities, and daily observations in accordance with site procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
